The requirements of the project called for a grading approach that would have minimal impact on the land, leaving trees unharmed while at the same time providing a sound foundation for the house.

This work was expertly performed by locally based DeRego Grading Services. The grading work extends into the landscaping and reforestation, as well as trenching for all the project's water-handling infrastructure.
